map holiday residence was a pleasant surprise during our stay in trapani. the staff, especially ingrid, was incredibly helpful. the location was perfect, with a beautiful beach nearby. the accommodation itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. highly recommend!

The apartment was huge, bright, and clean. The small kitchen was very useful, and the entire building felt modern and secure. We were impressed by the comfortable beds and the convenience of daily cleaning. Ingrid, the staff member we interacted with, was nice and helpful, speaking fluent English for easy communication. The location, though a bit far from the old town, still provided easy access. We were thrilled to find paid parking right in front of the building. we had a fantastic experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel/apartment in Trapani. The room was actually an apartment, really comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, except for a regular coffee maker. The balcony was a nice touch for hanging clothes. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and big enough. The AC was very quiet, a really great place to stay for several days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally situated, with all amenities close by including a supermarket and other local shops. The beach is within walking distance, although it is a pebbly beach. The local ice cream and cake shops nearby were delicious. The bus to Palermo airport was very convenient and there was a local outlet to buy the tickets. It's also worth noting that it's always good to know a little Italian, but the local people are so friendly and helpful. I felt safe walking at night, despite the slightly uneven pavements. it was a great location for exploring the city center and also a convenient base for visiting Palermo airport.
